Are payment by bank transfer possible?
Yes, simply select "Bank transfer" on the check-out page. Klarna currently offers its "Sofort bank transfer" and "Pay later with Klarna" services only for Germany, Austria and other European countries, but not for Switzerland. As an alternative, you can also shop with your credit card or PayPal account.
The shop is registered in Germany, do I have to pay customs fees?
No, there are no customs fees for you. The package will be sent to you from our headquarter in St. Gallen.
Prices are in Euros, can I also pay in Swiss francs?
Currently this is not possible. However, we are working on it and thank you in the meantime for your understanding. Although the price online is in EUR, your bank will convert and deduct it on your account or PayPal account in CHF.
