General Terms and Conditions

In the following, we present our General Terms and Conditions, which we use as a basis for processing and handling your purchase. We offer you the purchase of Akris merchandise on https://eu.akris.com. The offers on our website https://eu.akris.com are aimed exclusively at consumers who conclude the purchase for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or professional activity.

Returns / Exchanges

You can return the items you ordered within 14 days of receipt of the delivery.

Please complete the return form on this link. Once the return has been approved, you will receive a shipping label by e-mail. Place it on your package and send your return for free.

How do I return or exchange an item ordered via Akris.com?

- Complete the return form on this link.
- Once your return has been approved, you will receive the return label by e-mail.
- Prepare your package: Place your item in its original packaging and with the original receipt.
- Put the pre-paid label you received in the e-mail on your package: Cover old address labels with the new pre-paid label and securely seal your package with tape.
- Deliver your package to UPS: Drop your package off at any UPS store or pick-up location.
- The Akris customer service team will make every effort to resolve any refund/exchange request and an email notification and/or phone call will be placed once the return/exchange has been processed. Akris will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.
- Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Security tags and labels should not be removed. Akris reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.
- Exchanges will be refunded to credit card and then the new item will be charged to the credit card (unless it is a simple size exchange).

Shipping and Delivery

All purchases made on Akris.com will be shipped via UPS. In case of any unexpected delay we will inform the customer. Purchases with more than one product may be shipped in separate boxes. In that case separate delivery notification emails with the tracking number for each parcel will be sent. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Akris.com delivers to the following areas:

- North America: USA, Canada (only on our US shop)
- Europe: Switzerland, all countries of the
European Union, Norway, Principality of Liechtenstein
- Asia: Japan (only on our JP shop)

We will make every effort to ship to addresses outside of these regions, but we reserve the right to refuse orders there if circumstances beyond Akris' control require us to do so. Please contact our customer service if you require delivery to another country. You may be charged customs and duties separately. Read more about international deliveries here.

Customs and Duties

Customers in all the above countries do not have to pay customs duties - Akris organizes customs clearance and covers the cost of it (also in case of a return). Prices always include VAT of your shipping destination.

Shipping Methods and Fees

Complimentary shipping on orders 1'000€ and up. 20€ flat fee shipping (delivery in approx. 3-5 business days within Europe) for orders under 1'000€. If you need your order to arrive on a specific date, please contact our customer service and we will try our best to ensure the timely delivery. During holiday periods additional days may be required to process orders. Kindly note that shipping charges are not refundable in case of a return.

Delivery Time

Approx. 3-5 business days from the time you place your order. Please note thaat orders may take longer to ship depending on the country you are in. Orders with more than one product may be shipped in separate parcels with different delivery dates. If you need your order to arrive on a specific date, please contact our customer service and we will try our best to ensure the timely delivery. During holiday periods additional days may be required to process orders.

Delivery Time Exceptions

Some orders may take up to 72 additional hours to process. During holiday periods additional days may be required to process orders. If a standard order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it will be shipped is Monday. If it is placed on a public holiday, the earliest it will be shipped is the next working day.

Tracking

Akris will send shipping confirmation including a tracking number via email as soon as the purchase has been shipped; this will allow you to track the status of your shipment on www.ups.com.

Signature on Order Delivery

In some cases the recipient's signature might be required on receipt of the parcel.

Delivery to a Hotel

We can indeed deliver to your hotel. Please provide the name and address of your hotel, as well as the dates that you will be staying there, in the "comments" area when you place your order so that our Customer Service can have your package delivered within the given time frame. If we are unable to deliver within this time frame, we will contact you to give you prior notice.

Delay my delivery

We can delay your delivery for a few days. Please note down in the “comments area” when you will be back home so that our Customer Service can have your package delivered from then onwards.

Legal Purchase Age

If you are under the age of 18, Akris requires that you inform a parent or guardian about the Akris customer service policy and provide parent or guardian written consent.

Cancellation and Modification of Orders

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, an email must be sent to ecom.eu@akris.com. Akris will make every effort to accommodate your request. Once an online order has been placed and submitted, Akris cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified.

Fulfillment & Product Availability

Akris products as shown on the Akris e-commerce site are subject to availability; and Akris reserves the right to limit the quantity of products supplied and sold. Your order will be fulfilled by one of our Boutiques depending on availability. Orders with more than one item might be shipped from multiple locations at no additional cost.

Akris will make every effort to accommodate all product requests. However, it is possible that although you have received the order confirmation, the item may be no longer available. The item on the order will be cancelled as soon as possible and you will be informed by e-mail. Claims for damages due to late and non-delivery are excluded. Payments already made will be refunded.

Payment

Akris accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:
- PayPal
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Invoice (Retention of title: All delivered items remain the property of Akris until full payment)

The transaction will be charged to your credit card once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization and confirmed stock availability. Approved returns or exchanges will be credited to the card used for the purchase.

Pricing

Prices listed for Akris product on the website are in Euros and are inclusive of all applicable taxes and charges. Title to products ordered and purchased on this website passes to you upon delivery provided that we have received payment in full for the products.

Akris does not offer price adjustments; all pricing is as listed in the e-commerce shop.

Alterations

As we greatly value our customers, we offer premium customer service. All Akris and Akris Punto items purchased from our online boutique can be submitted to any Akris boutique in Europe or in the USA (accompanied by the purchase receipt) for alteration. For a listing of Akris boutiques our complimentary alteration services are applicable, please go to any boutique location.

Our professional alteration teams will be pleased to fulfil your alteration requests. Items purchased at the full price are eligible for free alteration. Reduced items can be altered against payment of a fee.

Akris Authenticity Promise
